EXPLAINING THE PAFM MISSION USING A BASIC SYSTEMS APPROACH

All systems have three basic components - inputs, processes and outputs. A system for producing orange juice has the inputs of oranges and maybe water, sugar or some other ingredient. The blender is the processer. It’s job is to break apart the barriers separating the individual inputs so that their substance can be mixed together. After processing comes the output - the juice which is a new, collective form of the individual inputs.

We can now use this understanding to describe the mission of the PAFM.

The PAFM seeks to take the raw material of sovereignty that exists in each human being by virtue of their existence under natural law, process it through the First Pan African Federalist Congress and subsequent referendums on joining a United African States (UAS) which will produce as an output a new, collective form of the individual sovereignties of the people into a federated, “mutualised” sovereign form which will be a United African States.

The sole mission of the PAFM is to provide this systems engineering to the Pan African Movement so that the people themselves can establish a United African States by the end of this decade. This is a service provided to ALL Pan Africanists - individuals and organizations - who want to see a United African States in their lifetime.
