Yesterday Saturday September 07, 2024, the 3rd President of the International Preparatory Committee of the Pan African Federalist Movement (IPC-PAFM) was sworn in. President Mohamed Coulibaly, a telecommunication engineer, expert in communication and Former Minister of the Refoundation of the Malian State, took the Oath of Office which any leader in the structures of the PAFM must take before holding their office. The event was attended by more than 50 Strong Believers in Urgent need to politically Unite the African States and end the New Scramble for Africa. They came from all the corners of the African World.
